The Bike-Walk Alliance of New Hampshire alerted us to a proposed bill in the NH State legislature that, if passed, would have adverse effects on e-bike riders in our state by restricting the use of Class 1, 2, and 3 electric bikes. We encourage you to review the bill's details HB1445 and voice your concerns as soon as possible.
This bill is being heard on Tuesday Jan 30th (11:40am). Submitting this opposition tonight or early tomorrow gives the legislative committee members time to review.
