The Southern Maine Planning and Development Commission (SMPDC) has just released the Kittery Area Comprehensive Transportation System (KACTS) Regional Safety Action Plan Draft Report. This plan aims to make our roads safer for everyone by reducing or even eliminating serious accidents, using a Safe System approach and Vision Zero principles.
