Join us on Saturday, July 13 for “Bike Eat Shop” in Kittery and Portsmouth, and the launch of our Summer Bicycle Benefits Bingo Game!
The day starts at the Traip Academy parking lot (12 Williams Ave, Kittery, ME 03904) at 9:45 AM on Saturday, July 13.
SABR volunteers will give a quick overview of the Bicycle Benefits program and folks can purchase their stickers then if they don’t already have one (can be purchased online ahead of time). We will also present our SABR Bicycle Benefits Bingo Game (bingo cards are free!) and introduce Kittery's Books and Big Ideas community read program.
At 10:00 we will ride over to Kittery Foreside for a group picture at Foreside Bike Shop (7 Wallingford Square, Kittery, ME 03904) and from there folks can go on their own explore the bike benefit businesses in our area. The Bingo Card will have a QR with Bicycle Benefits business locations.
There will be an optional group ride to the Portsmouth Farmers Market around 11.
Portsmouth Farmers Market: Visit the “Portsmouth Bike Ped Plan pop up tent” to give your feedback on the 2014 Portsmouth Bike Ped Plan, walk around the market, shop and explore new Bicycle Benefits locations in town.

Seacoast Area Bicycle Riders is on a mission to encourage more people to bike by partnering with local businesses to provide year-round discounts to anyone who bikes there and has a Bicycle Benefits sticker.
This summer bingo game challenges you to bike to local businesses and fill your bingo card by August 30. Each participant with at least 6 bingo tiles will be entered in a drawing (drawing taking place mid september). For every 6 bingo tiles you complete, you get an entry in the raffle drawing! Please send a picture of your bingo card to info@seacoastbikes.org by 08/30/2024.
What do you need to participate in the bike bingo? You need a Bicycle benefits sticker (available online or at SABR events), your Bingo Card (free; available online starting 07/13 or at SABR events) and off you go!
